"Transmission Losses": 450,000 gallons of oil spill in Texas
Two vessels collided in Port Arthur, Texas. As much as 450,000 gallons of crude oil spilled. Some nearby residents have been evacuated from the area because of hydrogen sulfide that was emanating from the oil.
