Chevrolet unveils it new car, the Cruze Eco, in the compact segment which is
expected deliver the best fuel consumption. It’s powered with GM’s latest
and newest Ecotec 1.4-liter turbocharged engine with variable valve timing
that produces 138 horsepower and 148 pound-feet of torque. The engine is
efficient enough to deliver 24/36 mpg. The fuel ecomony of this car is the
result of features used to enhance its aerodynamics and minimize weight.
It runs on lightweight 17-inch alloy wheels wrapped in low-rolling-resistance
tires.
